On the First Day of Christmas

Hey y'all! The Christmas season is already in full swing, as all of you are more than aware. Up here in New York, the snow has finally decided to stick around for a while. The Google Santa Tracker (I know, I'm such a child) is coming out with new games every day. Christmas lights are popping up everywhere. Even my blog is celebrating! I mean, have you seen my header? 😉 I have decided to celebrate the twelve days leading up to Christmas with all of you this year, so welcome, dear friends, to the First day of Christmas.

I know that I spent the majority of blogging time last year complaining about the snow, but I just can't help but love it this year. I'm sure I'll change my mind by mid-January, but I am under the impression that snow in December is a mundane kind of magic. Well, not really, but It is just SO gorgeous. I've tried to capture a tiny bit of that in this snow photography.
