Perfect Peanut Butter Cookies
I hope y'all like peanut butter. Because this is my favorite recipe for super fast, super good cookies.
I have been in a cookie fad lately - I can't stop baking cookies! I love eating cookies! Unfortunately, my brother also loves cookies, and he's homeschooled, so he tends to eat every last cookie while I'm at school. But with these cookies, I don't get as mad at him, because these cookies are so easy. So. Easy. They take at most 40 minutes to make, and the ingredients don't require running out to the store.

Yield: 2-4 dozen - depending on the size you make the cookies
Ingredients:
-1 cup white sugar
-1 egg
-1 cup peanut butter
-1 tsp baking soda
Step 1: Preset the oven to 325 degrees F
Step 2: Combine all ingredients in to a small-medium bowl and mix them VERY WELL. (No leftover egg bits - yuck!)
Step 3: Roll the dough into small balls (again, depending on the size you want the cookies) * on an ungreased cookie sheet ** and place in the preset oven for around 8 minutes.
*I like to press a fork in a crisscrossed pattern (kind of like #) on the cookies, but again, that's optional.
**My mom has silicon baking sheet covers so that we don't get the cookie sheet burned at all. I don't know if they still have them but we got them at Costco.

Mmm...so good and so easy! Perfect for any last minute situation or time killer, with an amazing taste!
Do y'all like baking? What was your worst experience baking? Mine was one time when I left a pan of brownies in the oven WAY too long, and even when we were able to chisel them out of the pan, they tasted awful. :P
